Healthy No-Bake Recipe

  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed 
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Combine honey, coconut oil, and cocoa powder in a small pot and melt and stir ingredients together on low heat;  remove from heat when all is well blended with no lumps from the coconut oil or cocoa. Stir oats, peanut butter, flaked coconut,  flax , and vanilla  into the hot honey mixture until the peanut butter melts and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Drop mixture by spoonful onto waxed paper. Set aside to cool in refrigerator or freezer.
